As a Korean Film/drama fans u should have spot some of the meaning of the
korean words.These are some tht I know:
an-ni-o = (no)
i was wondering about chong mal and chin cha ( i dont knw how to spell
them)
wat is da difference between them cuz dont they both mean really?
kurom = of course
also, dang yeon ha ji = of course (u kno this one if u watch x-man a lot b/c of
dangyunhaji games)
my daughter knows about half of those words and we're not korean :why2:

Lol! Like the thread, know all these words. My faves have to be arachi and
araso! Hmmm ... oh and bali (hurry), probably not spelling that right.

Ajushi - Uncle (most of the time the girl call their boyfriend by that name in
the KDrama, remember Sweet 18?! )

Ajuma - Aunt
Ajushi actually means "old man" while "Ajuma" actually means old lady. Call
any 20-something lady an "Ajuma" and watch the fireworks, believe me I've
done it by accident before and been scolded. Though, I think it's common to
call your uncle "ajushi".
"Gomo" means aunt on your father's side, and "Emo" means aunt on your
mother's side. Uncle is "samchun".
I know that 'oppa' means brother but why do a lot of the lead actor's love
interests call them 'oppa'?
From what I know, oppa is used when a younger female calls an older male.

watched before, I can apply the knowledge I learn from class, since I've

interpretations based on the Kdramas i've seen...hehe.

I really want to learn the language, but I can not seem to grasp some of the
sounds. Is there any way to help me with this?
