Dear Mr. Charon:

I am pleased to hire you as RELIEVER on a permanent status effective 1 November 2016 subject to the
following terms and conditions:
1. You shall receive a monthly compensation of One Million Pesos (Php 1,000,000.00), free of
government taxes and government mandated deductions, and you will be entitled to the
following:

a) Hazard pay;
b) Unlimited relocation, medical benefits, as may be necessary under the circumstances;
c) Unlimited vacation and sick leaves, as long as necessary arising from the course of
employment;
d) Unlimited meal, fuel and communication allowance while on duty; and
e) All implements necessary and/or required to carry out the performance of your job.

2. Your duties, responsibilities and obligations, particularly, to take out individuals specified in
mission orders pursuant to principal engagements, have been made known to you and you
undertake to observe them faithfully and conscientiously under pain of termination specified in
paragraph 3 hereof should you commit any act which tend to neglect and / or disregard your
responsibilities and obligations. For this purpose, you hereby authorize LTI to terminate you on
its own initiative in any manner without need of court action, including disclosure of this
agreement and being identified in government operations.

3. Should you desire to terminate this contract, the applicable provision of paragraph 3 hereof shall
take effect immediately.

4. In case of your breach of any stipulation in this contract, you hereby agree to indemnify LTI by
donating your body organs to the latter for any purpose it deems fit, as damages in addition to
all remedies stated herein. In case of contract dispute, venue of action is the place where you
may be found. Expenses of litigation are no longer necessary.
