Regarding use of Commission:

All rights over artwork commissions will be kept by me, this entails that the
commissioner shall not distribute the artwork in any way this includes, but is not limited to
distributing on or for:
A. Galleries
B. Portfolios
C. Printing in books of any kind
D. Reselling across any surface
E. Printing onto merchandise for non-personal use
F. Any sort profit;
a. Personal
b. Business
c. Or otherwise

The commissioner may:

A. Print for PERSONAL USE only
B. Use as a banner, icon, edit, or social media post
C. Print onto PERSONAL merchandise

Regarding Commission Pricing:

Sales are paid for upfront depending on the price of the commission. Larger commissions
that will take longer than a month to complete will require 50% of the price upfront and the
remaining price plus any applicable shipping price when the artwork has been completed.
Smaller commissions will require an upfront payment. Pricing and payment options will be
verified via. Email;

Shipping prices are to be calculated with the weight/size/commissioner’s location, and

are not included with regular prices. Shipping estimates are available by inquiry;

Regarding commissions paid for via a donation to a charity:

A. I (Gargoyle Studios) reserve the right to reject commissions via charities based on the
authenticity, dependability, credibility and goals/ideologies of the charities in question
B. A list of acceptable charities may be offered if needed
C. A receipt of the transaction with the charity in question will be required before the
artwork begins

Other Terms of any Commission:

Sketches of the progress of the artwork will be sent for free and the commissioner has the
right to ask for alterations of these sketches at the times of the sketches being sent out. After the
final sketch has been confirmed, the commissioner will not be able to go back and change the
design of the artwork. Minor changes may be waived from this condition;

The commissioner must not claim the artwork as their own;

I (Gargoyle Studios) will not be held responsible for any sort of legal infringement this
artwork may hold. The commissioner shall be held responsible for any law or any other issue
related to the commissioned artwork in their resident country;

In the event the artwork is unable to be completed for any reason, a full refund will be
offered. This does not include:
A. Commissions via donations.

I (Gargoyle Studios) retains the right to refuse a commission;

By commissioning an artwork through Gargoyle Studios, the commissioner is agreeing to

the above terms and conditions.
