the two stones meet.
ii) A train is travelling at a speed of 90 km/h. Brakes are applied so as to produce an uniform
acceleration of - 0.5m/s2. Find how far the train will go before it is brought to rest.

36 a) Derive v = u + at graphically, where symbols have their usual meaning.

c) A cyclist goes once round a circular track of diameter 105 meters in 5 minutes. Calculate his speed

b) A man weighs 600 N on the Earth. What is his mass? If he is taken on moon, find his weight on
moon and also calculate the acceleration due to gravity on the moon.(g=10m/s2)
