In behalf of our client, Mr. Naruto Uzumaki, on the matter of your non-payment of your
obligation. Records disclose that you have an outstanding obligation with our client in the amount
of 500,000 Php, with interest at 6% per annum, and that despite repeated demands, you have
failed and continuously fail to pay the aforesaid amount.

Accordingly, this FINAL DEMAND is hereby made upon you to settle the amount of 500,000
Php within ten (10) days from receipt of this letter. Otherwise, we will be constrained to file the
necessary legal action against you to protect the interest of our client.

We trust that you will give this matter your prompt and preferential attention to avoid the expense

I, MADARA UCHIHA, 90 years old, employed as a businessman, residing at #1, 1st

street, Uchicha District, Hidden Leaf Village, after having been duly sworn in accordance with
law, hereby depose and state:

PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

That the person examining me is ATTY. CLAIRE PALO with law office address at 001,
Number 1 street, Makati City. My Judicial affidavit is being take at the above-mentioned place
in the presence of Hashirama Senju and Tobirama Senju.
That the questions are asked in English Language but are translated in the Tagalog dialect
which I speak and fully understand and I am giving my answers fully conscious that I do so under
oath and I am aware that I may face criminal liability for false testimony or perjury for false
statements made or given by me.

OFFER OF TESTIMONY
The testimony of the witness Madara Uchiha is being offered to prove that he is an
eyewitness to the crime of Estafa. He will testify what he saw the day of their transaction with the
accused and what later transpired in their agreement dated July 22, 2019. The witness will identify
the accused in open court as the person who committed the crime.

1. Q: Mr. Witness, will you please tell the Honorable Court your name, age and other
personal circumstances?
A: I am Madara Uchiha, 90 years old, a businessman, and a resident of #1, 1 st
street, Uchiha District, Hidden Leaf Village.

2. Q: What is the nature of your business?

A: I am engaged in the buying and selling of jewelries.
3. Q: How long did you endeavor your business?
A: It started in 2000, sir.
4. Q: How do you know Sasuke Uchiha, the accused?
A: He is one of my agents in the jewelry business.

 Manifestation: May I request this Honorable Court a few words to ponder in the act of the client
by mere hiding this past 5 years constitute an abuse of confidence over my client. The mere fact
that he ran and hid from his obligation shows that the trust entrusted by my client over him was
violated.
