    INTRODUCTION

In the Bible over 11,500 times three words are used. These words are printed in a special manner to indicate a different aspect of the Almighty’s character. Each one of these words is in the masculine plural gender to indicate the fact that He is a Father, He passed on to His Son His status and that He has a Spirit. That these three aspects of His character are Biblically considered a plurality of one.

Therefore in each verse quoted from the Names of God King James Edition of the Bible they will appear as follows:

    the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah)

    the strong one (God/Elohim)

    the master (Lord/Adonai)

When one of the compound names of the Almighty are used they will appear as printed in the Names of God King James Edition of the Bible.

For a more detailed explanation of the names of the Almighty and how to identify them in the Bible please refer to the Names of God King James Edition of the Bible.

    DEDICATION

This little guide is first and foremost dedicated to my redeemer (LORD/Jehovah). Who without his strength, provision and wisdom none of this would be possible.

My sweet wife who has been patient with me these long years as I worked on the Names of God Edition of the Bible from which the verses are quoted.

As a present and legacy to my children, grandchildren and great grandchildren; that these guides would help them to have a better life and most importantly a closer walk with the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah).

To a special group of friends who put up with me, encouraged me, and donated their time and resources to help make this project a reality.

    In His service that all may come to know Him;

    CHAPTER-1

HOW YOU CAN DEVELOP YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD

    1. GET TO KNOW JESUS AS YOUR SAVIOR

    John 1:12-13

But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of the strong one (God/Elohim), even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of the strong one (God/Elohim).

    John 3:3

Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of the strong one (God/Elohim).

    John 3:14-18

And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For the strong one (God/Elohim) so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For the strong one (God/Elohim) sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of the strong one (God/Elohim).

    John 3:35-36

The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand. He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of the strong one (God/Elohim) abideth on him.

    John 5:21-27

For as the Father raiseth up the dead, and quickeneth them; even so the Son quickeneth whom he will. For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son: That all men should honour the son, He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of the strong one (God/Elohim): and they that hear shall live. For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself; and hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because his is the Son of man.

    John 6:40

And this is the will of him that sent me, that everyone which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.

    John 6:47-48

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life. I am the bread of life.

    John 8:23-24

And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world. I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.

    John 10:10

The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

    John 10:24-30

Then came the Jews round about him, and said unto him, How long dost thou make us to doubt? If thou be the Christ, tell us plainly. Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father’s name, they bear witness of me. But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you. My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: and I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand. I and my Father are one.

    John 11:25-26

Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: and whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?

    John 12:44-47

Jesus cried and said, He that believeth on me, believeth not on me, but on him that sent me.

And he that seeth me seeth him that sent me. I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness. And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.

    John 14:6

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

    The_The_Acts_of_the_Apostles 2:21

And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah) shall be saved.

    The_The_Acts_of_the_Apostles 2:38

Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

    The_The_Acts_of_the_Apostles 3:19-21

Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah); and he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which the strong one (God/Elohim) hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.

    The_The_Acts_of_the_Apostles 4:8-12

Then Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, said unto them, Ye rulers of the people, and elders of Israel, if we this day be examined of the good deed done to the impotent man, by what means he is made whole; be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom the strong one (God/Elohim) raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

    The_The_Acts_of_the_Apostles 15:11

But we believe that through the grace of the master (Lord/Adonai) Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they.

    Romans 10:8-10

But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is the word of faith, which we preach: That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth master (Lord/Adonai) Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that the strong one (God/Elohim) hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

    Ephesians 2:8-9

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of the strong one (God/Elohim): Not of works, lest any man should boast.

    First_Timothy 2:5-6

For there is one strong one (God/Elohim), and one mediator between the strong one (God/Elohim) and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.

    First_Peter 3:17-22

For if it is better, if the will of the strong one (God/Elohim) be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing. For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to the strong one (God/Elohim), being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit: by which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison; which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of the strong one (God/Elohim) waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water. The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward the strong one [God/Elohim],) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ: who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of the strong one (God/Elohim); angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him.

    Psalms 27:13-14

I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah) in the land of the living. Wait on the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah): be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah).

    Isaiah 12:2-3

Behold, the strong one (God/Elohim) is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid; for the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah) is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation. Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.

    Jeremiah 15:16

Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O redeemer the strong one of hosts (LORD God of hosts/Jehovah Elohim Sabaoth).

    2. GET TO KNOW THE HOLY SPIRIT

    Matthew 3:11-12

I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire: whose fan is in his hand, and he will thoroughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.

    Luke 3:16-17

John answered, saying unto them all, I indeed baptize you with water; but one mightier than I cometh, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire: whose fan is in his hand, and he will thoroughly purge his floor, and will gather the wheat into his garner; but the chaff he will burn with fire unquenchable.

    Luke 11:9-13

And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. If a son shall ask for bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent? Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion? If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

    John 7:38-39

He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. (But this spoke he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)

    John 14:13-17

And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. If ye love me, keep my commandments. And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

    John 14:26

But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

    John 15:26-27

But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:

And ye also shall bear witness, because ye have been with me from the beginning.

    John 16:7-15

Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: of sin, because they believe not on me; of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more: of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged. I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you. All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you.

    The_The_Acts_of_the_Apostles 1:1-5

The former treatise have I made, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both to do and teach, until the day in which he was taken up, after that he through the Holy Ghost had given commandments unto the apostles whom he had chosen: to whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of the strong one (God/Elohim): and being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me. For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence.

    The_The_Acts_of_the_Apostles 1:8

But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

    The_The_Acts_of_the_Apostles 2:4

And they were filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

    The_The_Acts_of_the_Apostles 2:16-21

But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel; and it shall come to pass on the last days, saith the strong one (God/Elohim), I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: and on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy: and I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke: the sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah) come: And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the redeemer (LORD/Jehovah) shall be saved.

    The_The_Acts_of_the_Apostles 2:33

Therefore being by the right hand of the strong one (God/Elohim) exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.

    The_The_Acts_of_the_Apostles 2:38

Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

    The_The_Acts_of_the_Apostles 10:36-38

The word which the strong one (God/Elohim) sent unto the children of Israel, preaching
