Minimum Admission Requirements
Undergraduate Studies
25 points in 5 subjects at Grade 12 level according to the NUST
Admission Point Scale, including a minimum E-symbol in English
and a D-symbol in Mathematics at NSSC(O) Level. Current Grade 12
learners must apply with their August results.
Postgraduate Studies
A recognised degree in a related discipline or an equivalent
qualification at NQF Level 7 for Honours degrees, NQF Level 8 for
Masters degrees and NQF Level 9 for Doctor of Philosophy degrees.
Postgraduate Certificate in Information Systems (Information
Systems Audit) - Applicants should attach a motivation letter
focusing on their work experience and involvement in the Auditing
related processes.

Minimum Admission Requirements
Undergraduate Studies:
• For InSTEM: 25 points in 5 subjects at Grade 12 level according to
the NUST Admission Point Scale, including a minimum E-symbol
in English and a D-symbol in Mathematics and a D-symbol in
Physical Science or Physics related subject at NSSC(O) level.
• For Bachelor of Technology Programmes: 30 Points in 5 subjects
,including an A symbol in Mathematics and Physical Science or
Science related subject and a D symbol in English at NSSC(O) level.
• For Bachelor of Engineering Programmes: 37 points in 5 subjects,
including a Grade 3 in Mathematics and Physical Science or
Science related subject and a D symbol in English at NSSC(H) level.
Postgraduate Studies

Master of Health Sciences (NQF Level 9)
Submit a short essay of not more than 400 words (MS word, calibri
12, single spacing, justified) including your full name, cell number,
email address, the reason why you want to embark on the Master
of Health Sciences. In addition, provide us with 350 words describing
your proposed research area, a possible topic, a short background, the
aim (s) and objective (s), Methodology, the significant of your study, a
source of funding (if any).
