TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS:

This deed, made and entered into this ___ day of __________, 20__ at the City of
_________________ , by and between:

AUDIE GALBAN DELIZO, Filipino Citizen, married, of legal age, with residence
and postal address at Blk 2 Lot 8 Garden Grove Village, Salitran IV, Dasmarinas City,
Cavite, hereinafter referred to as the "ASSIGNOR"

-and-

NAOME BARACINA, Filipino Citizen, of legal age, single/married, with residence

and postal address at Zone 6, Binanuaanan, Norte Pili, Camarines Sur, hereinafter
referred to as the "ASSIGNEE".

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS the VENDOR is the buyer of residential lot, located at Blk 12 Lot 7
containing an area of ONE HUNDRED FIFTEEN SQUARE METERS more or less, located at
San Jose, Pili, Camarines Sur under Homelot Settlement Program of MGEN JEFFREY S.
SODUSTA AFP.

WHEREAS, the VENDOR has offered to assign all his rights, title and interest over the
above award residential lot and the ASSIGNEE hereby accepts the assignment in accordance
with the terms herein set forth;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and the sum of
FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php50,000.00), PHILIPPINE CURRENCY, which the
VENDOR hereby acknowledged to have received from the VENDEE, the VENDOR hereby
assigns, transfers and conveys unto the ASSIGNEE, all his rights, title and interest to the
aforementioned property and in the pursuant to this Agreement and the VENDEE by these
presents hereby accepts the assignment and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the
Contract to Sell and the rules and regulations, and restrictions pertaining to the said unit.
CERTIFICATE OF HOMELOT AWARD attached as ANNEX “A”;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands on the date and place first
