Service Description: Rectification Works

Rectification works are initiated by RUSH.Net. The request should include detailed information regarding the scope to be rectified and the
availability of the unit. Turn-around time starts from the receipt of rectification works by the Project in Charge.

Should the unit owner is not available, rectification works will be re-scheduled by providing a new request
