Activities & Responsibilities

➢ Calibration of process control measuring instruments includes Pressure, Temperature,

Flow and Level Transmitters, Switches, Gauges of different manufactures.
➢ Calibration, Stroke checking and overhauling of control valve and stroke checking of
ON/OFF valves.
➢ Involved in Loop checking, per-commissioning and control room activities such as
installation of DCS/PLC/ESD systems.
➢ Responsible for day to day break down, shut down, bench & field calibration, loop
checking, interlock checking, preventive and corrective maintenance activities of all types
 of process control instruments.
➢ Familiar with troubleshooting of Machine Monitoring System.
➢ Handled and familiar with electronic equipment’s like HART communicator, Pressure
calibrator, RTD & TC calibrator, Dead Weight Tester, Temperature Bath, Loop calibrator,
etc.
➢ Coordinate with clients, vendors and various departments and authorities.
➢ Worked as a DCS operator in INVENSYS DCS.
➢ Worked with Fire & Gas detectors and well familiar with Deluge Valve System
➢ Installation of Process Instruments and their impulse tubing.
