Nurse (Husna) : Good morning Miss Adel. My name is Husna and i'll be looking after you for this morning
Patient (Adel) : Good morning nurse Husna

Nurse (Husna) : How are you feeling today?

Patient (Adel) : i'm feeling good. My fever has gone, but i'm a bit weak

Nurse (Husna) : Have you eaten yet?

Patient (Adel) : Yes nurse, i've eat this morning and take my medicine

Nurse (Husna) : That's great. Do you feel nausea?

Patient (Adel) : Yes nurse, i feel nausea when i'm eating but i'ts get better after i take the medicine

Nurse (Husna) : Let's wait for a day and you will get better. I'll get you blood preasure first. Okay?

Patient (Adel) : Yes nurse, please and thank you
