Nurse (Husna) : Good afternoon, Miss Adelia. My name is Husna and I’ll be looking after you this
afternoon.

Patient (Adel) : Hello nurse Husna. Please call me Adel– Miss Adelia is so formal.

Nurse (Husna) : OK, then how are you feeling today, Adel?

Patient (Adel): I don’t feel quite good actually, nurse. I had a bad night’s sleep and my back is really
aching.

Nurse ( Husna): I’m very sorry to hear that, Adel. I’ll see if I can do anything about your sore back.

Nurse (Husna): There you go, Adel. I hope you’re feeling more comfortable now.

Patient (Adel) : Thanks Nurse.

Nurse (Husna) : Let's wait for a day and you will get better

Patient (Adel) : Yes nurse, I feel much better.

Nurse (Husna) : i'll get you blood preasure first, okay?

Patient (Adel) : Yes, please and thank nurse
