In this recruitment there are two candidates who have been qualified to be a Café manager.

Kenneth Baldwin

 A manager
 Has a 4 year working experience with management aspect
 Bachelor graduate

Leila Hussain

 A café manager in café, bar and restaurant,


 Has more than 7 year working experience with management aspect
 Master graduate

To start with the resumes both of them have the management experience in work and have a
relevant experience on their study as well.

Kenneth Baldwin is young but he is reliable. He believes he can do better and revises more in
the future. He is well determinate.

Leila Hussain is confidence and reliable. During the interview, it can feel she is well organizing
and love to challenge.

To sum up, both of them are really suit to position of café manager. However, Leila worked as
café manager who should be more suitable to this position.
