1. What happens if a company doesn’t carry out social
responbilities property? (Group 6 – Shella Suristia)
• If a company doesn’t carry out social responbilities ethics will
affect the company itself, which will result in consumer
confidence, creditors, shareholders, employees, the environment
and comunity Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) will affect
every aspect and will enhance the company's business ethics.
Otherwise it is human resources, why human resources?
Because in CSR programs can be either labor recruitment and
hiring local people. Furthermore CSR can be used to attract the
attention of prospective applicants for employment particularly
with their job competition among the graduates. Would increase
the possibility of inquiring company's CSR policy, especially
when companies recruit workers from the best graduates who
have social and environmental awareness. By having a
comprehensive policy on social and environmental performance,
the company will be able to attract prospective workers who
have progressive values. CSR can also be used to establish an
atmosphere of comfortable work among the staff, especially if
they can be involved in activities that they believe could bring
benefits to the wider community, be it a shape "allowance for
salaries", "fundraising" or volunteerism ( volunteering) in

The problem of sistematic in bussiness ethics about
economics system, public, law, and other.
B. Corporate
Problem include quetions about moral activity, policy,
practice, and organization structure.
C. Individual
Quetions about certain individual in the company, concering
decision morality, measure, and individual character.
