MATERIALS AND TOOLS REQUIRED FOR REPAIR AND UPGRADE OF 116 SEQUENCE GATES.

1.STAINLESS STEEL PIPE external polish. Local purchasing. (12 meter)


2.Solid work bench with vise, for extracting the core of the gate.
3.Angle grinder
4.Thin discs for stainless steel.
5.Flap discs for smoothing welds. Grit 80
6.Acid for pacifying external welds.
7.Electrodes for steel/stainless steel welding 309 (AWS SFA 5.4 E-309L-16) Ø2.5mm 5 Kg.
8.Polishing tools for external welds.
9.Test bench for C.C. inspection after rework. See diagram and drawing of "concrete tyre" This part can be bolted
to a concrete floor during use, then only the metal part is necessary.
10. Cleaning system with ability to return the sequence gate to "NEW" state. Removal of all accumulated dirt and
stains. If need be, removing the rubber part, cleaning and reassembly on the gate. This stage
is extremely important.
11. Pallets and protective covering to transport the reworked sequence gates back to the T.H.Farm.

Timetable of project.
1. Order the above in Vietnam and Israel. And have on site at the dealer's work shop in Hanoi.
2. Remove all original design sequence gates from parlours 1 & 2 and immediately replace with the
upgraded sequence gate. Use this opportunity to finalise the installation manual of the type 2 stall work.
3. Transport the original sequence gates to the dealer's workshop in Hanoi.
4. Remove the old part from the sequence gate. See photo 1 & 2
5. Remove and replace the bent pipes. See photo 3 & 4
6. Replace the mechanism cover if necessary. Photo 5
7.Insert the new strengthener bar into the sequence gates.
8.Weld the bar and gate shaft.
9.Smooth the weld to ensure easy rotation of the gate in the gate mechanism.
10.Drill all of the mechanism covers, sliding discs and mechanism flanges. Weld the M6 nut on to the mechanism
cover and add the M6 grease nipple in order to update these 116 gates to present design.
11.Polish all welds.
12.Inspect each sequence gate according to C.O.T. Document.
13.Clean all the sequence gates. As new.
14.Assemble the sequence gates, re-grease the mechanism.
15.Palletize and protect the gates for 3 month storage.
16.Transport the reworked and upgraded sequence gates to T.H. Farm for parlours 3 & 4.
