FIELD VISIT: “HOUSEHOLD”

Specific Learning Objectives:

 Communicate effectively with family members
 Identify risk factors related to family health problems at household level

Target activities

Each group will get different cases: ISPA, diare, gizi buruk, TBS, and DHF. And then
they must visit the patient and his family at their home and identify the risk factors.

FIELD VISIT: WORKPLACE

Specific Learning Objectives:

 Communicate effectively with person in charge at workplace

 Evaluate hazards in work environment
 Evaluate risk factors at workplace environment related to occupational
diseases and work-related diseases
 Evaluate risk factors at workplace environment related to occupational
accident and injury

2 Recognize risk factor at workplace related to occupational diseases
3 Recognize risk factor at workplace related to work related diseases

FIELD VISIT: “PUBLIC FACILITIES”

Specific Learning Objectives:
After the students enter for field study, they have to be able to :
 Communicate effectively with person in charge at public facilities
 Observe the environment and health activity
 Identify risk factors related to community problems at public facilities

Target activities

Each group will visit different places such as traditional market, school, restaurant, barber
shop, pesantren, and train station/terminal.

FIELD VISIT: PRIMARY HEALTH CENTER (PUSKESMAS)

Specific Learning Objectives:

After the students enter for field study, they have to be able to :
 Communicate effectively with person in charge at puskesmas
 Describe the function of Primary Health Center ( Puskesmas)
 Describe the basic six programs at the Primary Health Center and posyandu

1 Observe and ask questions about the information which is given by the head the
Primary Health Center
2 Observe and ask questions about the activities in the Primary Health Center
especially about the management function (POAC)
