Job Scope (Step-by-step process flow):
1.) Conducts site ocular and measurements.

2.) Meets with building / Mall Lessor for coordination of needed requirements.
3.) Ensures availability of basic necessities prior to construction (3 phase electricity, feeder line,
water source, LPG gas source, telephone line, Lessor's business permits, etc.).
4.) Update BDG Project Management Head on status of initial site inspection.
5.) Coordinate with Design Department for planning of blueprints.
6.) Ensures completion of Construction Cost Estimate (CE).
7.) Ensures signing of Lease Contract & Payment of initial rent.
8.) Submission of Blueprints to Lessor / Mall admin for revisions and approval.
9.) Creates Gantt Chart for proper planning of construction timeline.
10.) Sets meeting with contractor / sub-contractors for signing of award notice / approval of quotations.
11.) Conducts meeting with contractor & construction materials supplier for proper ordering of materials.
12.) Conducts Pre-construction meeting with contractors, sub-contractors, Lessor, and franchisee.
