1.1 Vision
Our vision is to be the preeminent source of delectable, mouth watering potato
dishes and dominate the whole nation with our delicacies, providing a warm, comfortable
customer services and high quality, innovative products with reasonable prices that satisfies
both customer and economic needs.
1.2 Mission
Our mission is to provide superior value to customers---to offer them a unique and
wonderful taste experience which comes with every bite, to deliver a high level of
satisfaction and customer delight, and to dominate every region and so the whole country,
one heart at a time.
1.3 Objectives
The primary objectives of the business are the following:
To generate enough profit to be able to establish additional branches all
over the whole region with the span of less than three (3) years.
To penetrate new markets, and introduce more innovative products by
utilizing new and improved technological advancements.
To attract more investors and interested individuals who can contribute to
the business’ growth and development, specifically with the needed
financial and social capital.
To engage the business to a higher level of competition, penetrating almost
the whole nation as the preeminent and highly in-demand supplier of
mouth-watering, devilishly appetizing potato dishes.

IV. Product/Service Offerings
4.1 Product
The product will be named “Mojo-mojos”, a delectable potato dish where carefully
selected fresh potatoes were sliced into thin, round pieces and coated evenly using a
breading mix producing a unique blend and taste that satisfies the cravings of the
customers.
4.2 Procedure
1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and water. Set aside.
2. Clean potatoes and slice into ¼ “ round, then put them straight into the egg-
water mixture to soak.
3. Heat oil until 35 degree F.
4. Coat potato slices with breading mix and deep fry in batches for 3-4 minutes.
Drain in kitchen towel after to drain excess oil.
5. Transfer in serving plate and serve with Caesar or garlic-mayo dip.
4.3 Materials
Ingredients
potatoes, sliced into ¼” rounds
all purpose breading mix
eggs
¼ cup of water
cooking oil
Lady’s Choice Caesar or garlic-mayo dip (optional)
