1. Was it is necessary for our values to be practical? Why?

For me, values is a topic not that often talked about but one that plays a huge
role in our behavior and results. Because values are personal, and not always
clearly defined, they remain an important but under-discussed and under-
appreciated part of who they are as a person. Rather my intention is to be practical
and straightforward. Our values are most valuable when they are clearly understood
and defined.

We need to be practical in our values, just because values guide our decisions
especially when we are precisely a leader just like mine, as a Sangguniang
Kabataan leader on my community, I have so many decisions to make , those that
impact just mine, and those that impact many to others. Decisions, big or small, can
be made faster, easier and with greater confidence when you start with our values.
Run our decisions against the schema of your values. It is the best place to start. Be
practical.

We need to be practical in our values, just because, values strengthen our ability
to influence. When I communicate from my values I connect to my passions. When
I speak with passion, people are drawn on me, are more likely to hear my message
and I will be more successful in persuading and influencing. And I as a young leader
it should be self-evident why my values become practical and be matter in this way.

We need to be practical in our values, just because, values create clarity. In so

many ways when I am clearer my life becomes easier. Clarity helps mine focus, be
more productive and so much more. One of the quickest ways to gain clarity in my
life is by first being clear about my values. When I work from this starting point, all
the other benefits of clarity will follow.

We need to be practical in our values, just because, values reduce stress. Most
people I know would like less stress in their lives. I, as a young leader it is doubly
important because my stress is contagious, it infects those around mine. When my
decisions are faster, communication is easier and I am clearer about things I will
have less stress! I may not have thought about values in this way in the past;
however, it is completely true that living from my values is a wonderful way to reduce
stress.

We need to be practical in our values, just because, values guide your actions. I
saved this for last on purpose. It is one thing to know and understand my values. It is
another thing to behave in accordance with them. This fact impacts all of the ideas
shared so far because it is when you understand and then act on your values that all
the benefits are gained. This is the most practical of these benefits. Our values guide
our actions.

2. What are the philosophies that make you believed

developed meaning personal perception?
The philosophy of life – according to this philosophy, perception is a process of
the consciousness of an object. It is one of the means of valid knowledge in the
world and consists in an inseparable relation of the perceptive consciousness with
its content. The objects that are seen in the world are considered by the common
man to be existing outside his body and the senses, and he feels that the objects
are reflected, as it were, in his mind in perception. The object itself does not enter
the eye, for example, in the act of seeing, but there is a transmission of vibration
from the object, with which his consciousness comes in contact, which becomes a
content of his consciousness, and on account of which he is said to know the
existence of the external object. I am really agreed on this philosophy since then my
personal perception was developed and I truly believed that a philosophy of life is
an overall vision or attitude to have a clear perception toward life and the purpose
of it.
3. Prepare your own fundamental philosophy and tell how it will
be injected in the present educational system?

The philosophy from Ancient Times until the Medieval Period

The education in the ancient times is influenced by religious, political, or economic

factors so that I’m becoming increasingly convinced of the need to reflect deeply on
the most important high-level questions around learning and education. I also feel
strongly that this is something anyone who has a view on education or is involved in
the field.
This involves thinking about questions such as, what should the aim of education
be? , who should be educated? , what should be taught and should this differ
with interests and abilities? , and how should we be educated? The fact that these
questions have been asked for many centuries and are yet to be answered
discourages many from examining them in the first place. Our educational system
prepares the next generation to enter society and imparts ideas, values and beliefs
that will shape young people’s thinking and behavior for the rest of their lives. Our
educational system here in the Philippines consists of beliefs, attitude, values and
behaviors espoused by teacher to facilitate the students learning and development.
These behaviors follow a pattern or model depending on the teacher’s educational
philosophy. The educational philosophies are the framework to guide, filter, and
consider the effort of teacher towards what she/ he believes as the purpose of
education.
Philosophies must be for and emerge from experience, one of the fundamental
philosophy I’ve learned from the Pre-Socratic Philosopher named Epicurus and
Zeno Thus, the specific questions are at present, what are the emerging
educational philosophies; how do these philosophies operate in every classroom;
and what are the significant features of the educational philosophies. It is suggested
that both teachers and students must undergo tests to determine their prevailing
and emerging educational philosophy, which can affect teaching and learning since
the K to 12 curriculum promotes holistic approach and graduates. Further, this can
also guide people in making adjustments in both the internal and external
stakeholders of the education system, and can enable everyone most especially
teachers to conduct instruction and design a classroom environment at the level of
the students.

4. Make a synthesis of science, philosophy and religion

SCIENCE

In the modern world the word "science" is used almost exclusively of the natural
or material sciences. Even within that context it has come to have various
interrelated but distinct meanings. It refers to the methodology and conduct of
particular experiments and research. It also denotes the various theories that unify
multiple areas of discovery and insight such as relativity, genetics and evolution.
Often it can indicate the understanding of the world around us at the conceptual or
philosophical level which has been revealed in a fuller light by scientific research.

RELIGION

The word "religion" can be even more diverse and diffuse in its meanings. It
encompasses those aspects of human life and culture that are concerned with the
ultimate meaning and destiny of human nature and the relationship of the individual
and of society with the supernatural. In our own thinking, the religious instinct is
natural to human beings; we are drawn to the Divine in whose image and likeness
we are made and in whose environing wisdom and love we find our proper harmony
of life and our deepest fulfillment.
