Greetings!

I hereby write this letter to formally bring to your notice my decision to resign the post of
Finance Officer of the Student Council of Engineering and Architecture effective on this day
September 7, 2018.

Working with the student council of engineering and architecture for a year has been a huge
part of my growth as an individual and as a student leader. But due to some reasons, personal and
others, I have decided to resign in the council. As per advised by my neurologist, I have to cut down
on my stressful extra-curricular activities, engineering school is more than enough as he said. Being so,
I would rather the council find a new Finance Officer that could give his or her full dedication and
commitment, than having me stay and not function well in the said council. With this I am formally
ending my journey as a student leader and with the council.

In any case you’ll need my assistance during the transfer, know that I am more than willing to
help.

Minister of the Debate Society effective on this day September 7, 2018.

Working with the organization for a year has been a huge part of my growth as an individual and
as a student leader. But due to some reasons, personal and others, I have decided to resign in the
council. As per advised by my neurologist, I have to cut down on my stressful extra-curricular activities,
engineering school is more than enough as he said. Being so, I would rather the organization find a
new Prime Minister that could give his or her full dedication and commitment, than having me stay
and not function well in the said organization. With this I am formally ending my journey as a student
leader and with the organization.
