Terms & Conditions:

1. Handset will be delivered once the cheque/ payment is cleared in MS&D Account.
2. Handset will be delivered by TCS on CNIC delivery charges will be paid by the Applicant.
3. Only those applicants will catered that will come with sign & stamp of PEC designated person.
4. Delivery of the handset will be done subject to availability of the item.
5. PEC members will be allowed 2 handsets annually .After the issuance of the 1st set a minimum
gap of 3 months is required (mandatory).
6. This form needs to be sent to PEC for verification.
