Good day, Sir/Ma'am!

As a former student of TESDA's Cookery NCII TWSP and Apicius Culinary Arts & Hotel
Management Inc., it is my pleasure to take advantage of the optional 300 hours On the
Job Training Program of the school and humbly request for a recommendation letter to
be a trainee in the kitchen area of these preferred establishments: Hotel Venezia and
The Oriental Albay.

I have chosen the aforementioned companies for they are close to my home and have
maintained a great reputation in the hospitality industry here in Legazpi. Shall you have

The On the Job Training Program will not only immensely help in honing my skills in
cooking and kitchen management but also in other areas of my professional
