Introduction
With this charge it’s possible to achieve the following functions:

 PIN code reading,

 Key Programming,
 Remote control Programming.

Year: 2007 to 2009 Year: 2007 to 2010

With this charge it’s possible to program utmost 5 keys at the same time
in the same vehicle.
The immobilizer system works with theT-19 transponder or ID46 crypto
without lock.
The remote controls and the programmed Keys not presented, Will not
work in this vehicle, therefore, have in hands all the remote controls and keys
to be programmed.

Use the T19 transponder (ID: 46).

Do not change the position of the wires

First of all weld the wires to the BSI, and then connect MCU to the OBDMap.

The wires that are not being used must be bent backwards as shown in
the picture, that way not having any contact with the BSI and avoiding
damages to the BSI and to the OBDMap.

Telecontrol programming:

Attention: Every time you finish the key programming procedure DON’T
Turn On ignition and press ANY button of the remote control in a minute.

Insert the key in the

Ignition.

Turn On the key and

press the LOCK button
for 5 seconds.

LOCK
Buttom.

Remove the key from the ignition and press LOCK, the locking devices
of the vehicle will be achieved this way confirming the remote control
programming.

To program another remote control, follow the same procedure.

Other Messages:

Possible error in the PIN code reading:

Error in
The OBDMap could not read the BSI data.
Reading!

Probable causes:
 Bad contact in the MCU cable to the BSI,
 Bad contact in the MCU cable to the OBDMap,
 BSI damaged of corrupted file.

Solution:
 Check the correct positions of the wires in the BSI,
 Check if the screws that fix the MCU cable to the OBDMap are well fixed,
 Check if the MCU cable presents any visible defect, if presents send it to repair.

Short Circuit!
It was detected a short circuit in the MCU cable.
Check...

Probable causes:
 The wires have been welded in other spots of the BSI,
 The MCU cable or BSI is damaged.

Solution:
 Check the correct position of the wires of the BSI,
 Check if the MCU cable presents any visible defect, if presents send it to repair.

Probable errors in key programming:

Invalid PIN code! The typed PIN code is invalid.

Solution:
 Typing the correct PIN code.

Remark: After typed three times the incorrect PIN code, the BSI locks for 15
minutes, not being possible to achieve the procedure even typing the correct PIN
code.

Error in The OBDMap could not communicate to the vehicle.

Probable Causes:
 Defective vehicle, defective electrical part,
 Expired update of the OBDMap,
 OBDMap is damaged, cables of equipment.

Solution:
 Check the electric part of the vehicle, fuses, etc,
 Check if universal cable and A4 adapter is being used,
 Check the good connection of the cable to the OBDMap and in the OBD
connector of the vehicle,
 Check the status of the universal cable and A4 adapter,
 Check for recently updates with the technical support, maybe the charge has
been altered.
