Description 概述：
166 (Power Screw) is one of Nan Pao new range of high performance adhesives
developed to give a cost effective and high adhesion performance. It is very low in
odour and free of aromatic solvent for use indoor and outdoor. It was designed for
use by both the home handy man and professionals.
166 免釘膠是南寶公司新開發的一種低成本高性能的膠水，它不含芳香族有機溶劑，
具有非常低的氣味，適合室內外環境使用。這產品是專門為工程施工及修繕人員而設
計。
166 (Power Screw) which made of tough elastomeric rubber, tackifying resins and
Light hydrocarbon solvent. 166 (Power Screw) can be used in most common
construction materials. The substrates are timber, plywood, MDF, particle board,
hard board, plaster board, cementitious fibrous board, concrete, ceramic,
aluminium, ,mild steel, galvanised iron sheet, back of mirror (on wall only).
166 免釘膠是由高強度的合成橡膠、賦黏性樹脂及微量的碳氫溶劑所組成。它可用在
一般常見的建築材料上，例如：木頭、合板、密集板、粒片板、硬質板、石膏板、水
泥纖維板、混凝土、陶瓷、鋁質材料、軟鋼、白鐵(鍍鋅鐵)板及鏡子背面對牆壁的黏
貼。

Surface preparation 黏貼材面準備：

The surface to be adhered must be free of dust, release agent, oil and grease. For
metallic substrates, roughen the surface with emery paper or something similar and
wiping it clean with solvent will improve adhesion.
欲黏貼之材面必需無灰塵、脫模劑、油污或油脂。金屬材質表面用砂紙或類似品粗磨
之並以溶劑擦拭乾淨以提升接著力。

Application of adhesive and bonding of substrates 接著劑的應用與材質

接著：
To apply adhesive, cut the nozzle to give a 5 mm diameter outlet or any preferred
size. Extrude the adhesive with a cartridge gun on to one side of the substrates such
as wall or floor and any other substrates.
塗布接著劑時，先將管嘴切出直徑 5 mm 的開口或任何適當的大小。之後利用膠槍將
膠水推擠出在欲接著材質的一面，例如牆壁、地板及其他材質。
For best result, allow solvent in adhesive to evaporate off for 5 to 10 minutes
depending on the ambient temperature. This will yield faster bond strength
development especially for non-porous surfaces of substrates such as metal.
為了達到最好的接著效果，貼合前可讓接著劑內的溶劑揮發逸散 5~10 分鐘左右(依環
境溫度而定)。這樣可快速提升接著強度特別是無孔隙表面的材質(例如金屬)。
Lay the other substrates such as wall or floor panels on top the beads of adhesive.
Press the panel hard on all beads of adhesive. The adhesive will be spread out
evenly between the two surfaces. Brace the panel if necessary to prevent it from
falling off the wall.
放置其他材質例如牆板或地板於推擠出來的膠條上並用力加壓，此時膠水將可均勻散

Like all fast aliphatic solvent based mastic adhesive, skinning is the nature of such
product with fast evaporating solvent. Skin becomes thicker as more solvent
evaporate off. But the soft skin will be broken when it is brought into contact with the
other substrates. The adhesive will then be spread out when pressure is applied
during the installation process.
如同所有脂肪族溶劑型泥狀接著劑，膠水結膜是溶劑快速揮發所造成的本質。隨著更
多的溶劑揮發其表面的結膜會越厚，但當觸碰到其他材質時此膜將會被破壞。這表示

Coverage 可塗布面積：
It depends on the adhesion strength required and width of cut nozzle.
塗布面積取決於接著強度之需求及管嘴切開的大小。
For most uses, an adhesive bead size of 5mm in diameter is adequate. A 300 ml of
166 (Power Screw) in cartridge can yields 15.2 meter of bead. That will be sufficient
to cover a standard construction wall or floor panel measuring 1.2 meter by 2.4
meter or 4 feet by 8 feet. That will give 4 bead length of adhesive across the panel
lengthwise at about 0.3 meter apart.
正常使用下，一條直徑 5mm 大小的膠條是適當的。一支 300 毫升的 166 免釘膠可推
擠出長度 15.2 m 的膠條，這足以使用在一塊標準的 1.2 米 x 2.4 米或 4 英尺 x 8 英尺
的建築牆板或地板材上。這樣在每條間距為 0.3 米的情形下可推擠出四條膠條。
The adhesive can also be trowelled if necessary to get even adhesive coverage for
the installation of flooring panels. Due to its smooth and soft consistency, it is
relatively easier to trowel without the adhesive sagging out thus will prevent void
from being formed between substrates installation process.
如有需要，在地板材的安裝中可對膠水加以塗抹刮平，以得到一個平整的膠膜。由於
它的平滑性及軟質黏稠性，相對來講它能易於刮平不會產生凹陷，因此在材質的安裝
過程中將可避免產生裂縫及孔隙。

Application in adhering Polystyrene to itself or other substrates 保麗龍

(聚苯乙烯)黏貼或對其他材質的黏著：
Apply adhesive on to surface of one substrate. Immediately lay the other
polystyrene foam on top of the wet adhesive. Press it down firmly to spread out the
adhesive on both surfaces. Lift up the polystyrene foam and let the adhesive to dry
off for 10 to 15 minutes. Stick the two substrates with even pressure. This will avoid

 any excessive solvent attack on the foam and cause adhesion failure.
先將接著劑塗抹於要黏貼的材質表面，隨即在膠水未乾前將保麗龍置放其上並用力施
壓，此時接著劑將散布於兩材面之間。再來將保麗龍拿起約 10~15 分鐘使其乾燥，之
後再將兩者黏貼在一起並平均加壓即可，這樣將可避免過多的溶劑侵蝕保麗龍及造成
接著失敗。
To adhere polystyrene foam immediately, restrict bead size to less that 3 mm in
diameter and ensure minimum distance between the adhesive beads is 35 mm. The
small bead size and gap between the adhesive beads lead solvent to escape and
dry off quicker and avoid excessive solvent attack on the polystyrene foam.
為達到快速黏貼效果，擠出膠條的直徑應限制在 3mm 以下、並確認兩膠條間最小距
離為 35mm。細小膠條及適當間距使溶劑易於揮發逸散及快速乾燥，並避免過多的溶
劑侵蝕保麗龍表面。

Application Temperature 操作溫度：

When using the Power Screw adhesive to apply or extrude from cartridge where the
temperature should be between +5 C to +35 C.
無論是直接塗布或用膠槍推擠壓出，操作溫度都應保持在+5 ℃到 +35℃之內。

Limitation 其他限制：
• Like most adhesive, 166 (Power Screw) should not be used on most plastic such
as polyethylene, polypropylene. However it does adhere to ABS sheet and some
PVC. But user must check if the adhesion is adequate for their application.
如同大部份的接著劑，166 免釘膠不應使用在大多數的塑膠材質上面，例如聚乙烯
PE(polyethylene)、聚丙烯 PP(polypropylene)。166 免釘膠能使用於 ABS 板或一
些 PVC 材質，但使用前必須先行測試膠水接著力是否符合需求。

• It should not be used in total water immersion.

本產品無法於水中使用。

• Avoid using it on substrates that is subjected to continual temperature exposure

exceeding 70 degree C.
避免在長期高溫超過 70 C 的環境下使用。

• It should not be used on CCA (copper chrome arsenic preservative) treated

timber or any material containing copper.
無法使用於 CCA (copper chrome arsenic preservative) 處理過的木材或任何含銅
的材質。

• 166 (Power Screw) meets the requirement of RoHS regulation of European Union
and it does not contain eight heavy metals which were restricted by ASTM F963
or EN71 part3.

• Please read the Material Safety Data Sheet in regards to flammability, health and
hazard.

Storage 儲存：
166 (Power Screw) must be stored in a cool place under 25 C and away from direct
sunlight. The shelve life is 12 months if stored in accordance to the recommendation.
