EPOXY BONDING
______________________________________________________________________________________

DESCRIPTION A two component adhesive system formulated from the highest

grade of Epoxy Resin and curing agents for structural concrete
repairs. It is made of 100% solid epoxy content with a low
viscosity property, primarily designed for repair of cracks by
pressure injection. When properly mixed it has excellent bonding
and adhesion between concrete to concrete and steel to
concrete. The use of a high pressure epoxy injection machine is
recommended to enable the mixture to fully penetrate the inner
hairline cracks of the concrete and seal and even the smallest
concrete cracks and crevices.

RECOMMENDED Designed to meet the difficult requirements of epoxy

APPLICATIONS bonding and weld cracked concrete membranes together, it can
also be used with aggregates as grouts and binding agents for
old to new concrete bonding application, as well as sealing
concrete pavement and structure against intrusion of water and
salts.

ADVANTAGES

A.) VERSTILE Suitable to a wide variety of concrete structural application as

leak, repair, concrete binder, grouting and underwater
application.

B.) ECONOMICAL Damaged concrete membranes which require new construction

can be restored to its structural durability and integrity.

C.) EXCELLENT Structural Concrete Repair System using Epoxy Bonding can
ADHESION PROPERTY withstand severe earthquake movements.

D.) EASE OF Low viscosity property with a minimum pot-life,

APPLICATION applicable for high pressure and mechanical equipment.
