1 The following are included from the above quote:
1.1 Dismantling works include QDR Reservoir Tank , Chemical Reservoir Tank,
and All DI Piping to QDR and Drain
1.2 Replace Rusted Pneumatic Valve for DI Supply and Drainage of QDR and Chemical
1.3 Reprograming for the control sequence and upload new parameter for new configuration
2 The following are excluded from the above quote:
2.1 Line shutdown coordination from customer.
2.2 Install of Main DI Pipe and Main Drainage Pipe
2.3 Any hook up works that not specify here
3 Prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
4 Terms of Payment: 30 days upon invoice received
4.1 30 days upon invoice received.
50% downpayment upon receipt of project PO
45% progressive claim
5% Final Completion of Testing
5 Validity: 30 Days from the above date .
5.1 The price quoted above is applicable for this quotation only.
5.2 If the final quantities are more than the quoted quantities, or variances from the
details Breakdown, it shall be considered as additional order.
6 Delivery Status:
6.1 Material Delivery : GF Pneumatic Ball Valve within 4-6 weeks, PP Natural QDR Tank 3-4 weeks
6.2 Installation about within 2-3 weeks.
7 Warranty period :
7.1 Covering only defect material & workmanship faulty for about 6 mth after Sign-off of final Acceptance
7.2 No warrantties applied for any defects or damages caused during normal usage or
wear and tear, improper handling and operate under unsuitable conditions.
7.3 The warrantties does not cover modifications or repair work carried out improperly
by customer or by any third party.
7.4 ITECHQUEST ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. not be liable for any indirect damages, including
consequential damages and lost of production or profit.
