Part III

Graffiti Inside the Conception of School Community

This last part of the research shows the survey applied in this scholar
community. This was considered the thirty percentage of each sector of the
school, such as teachers, students and staff. The results show the midfield of
research where the sectors of this school state the point of view of the visual
arts and all the knowledge they have about the subject. The author considers
pondering the most important perspective from different sectors.

First of all, the author thinks describing the research instrument for the
survey so as to show what the supporting records in the questions to inform his
general conclusion. The reason to use this survey was to show everybody how
visual arts are considered in this school and also to know how the community
interacts with it. See appendix 3 (attached document section).

The field research was based in three questions such as:


1. Do you know what visual arts are about?
2. Do you consider important art as a way of feelings expression?
3. Are you interested in going to museums or get involve with art?
4. Do you think art in Mexico is well valued?

As results that the author got, she presents the graphs and analysis
below:

The arithmetic means from teacher brought up the following data


according to the first question (see appendix 3) the thirty-three percent said that
they did not know about visual arts. Just the sixty-six knew about the subject.
For the second question the eighty-three percent considered important art as a
way of expression and the sixty-six thought it was not. at the third question the
percentages were balanced, having in one hand the fifty percent of the
answers interesting in getting involved with art and expositions and in the other
hand the other fifty percent not being interested. The fourth question got the
author very impressed noticing that thirty.three percent of the answers
considered that art was well valued at mexico and the sixty-six percent thought
it wasn´t well valued.

In the student midfield brought these data up: as it can see the majority
of student answered negative the first question and the rest said they knew
about visual arts. In the next question can be appreciated that all of the students
consider art as a good and healthy way of expression. In the third the most of
the answers were positive and it showed the interest that students have for art.
The last question shows the magnitude of the Mexican appreciation of art.

As it can be appreciated in the box, it shows most of staff do not know about
visual arts. Some consider that art is important to express feelings and the rest
consider it wasn’t. Most of them weren´t interested in going to museum or
getting any information about art. Finally, the half of the answers considered
that in mexico art was well valued.

In conclusion, the author to sum up she thinks that teacher’s opinion permits
that is necessary to dig deeper in the investigation and appreciation of art.
Including students should be taken to different museums or expositions of art
that help them to be closer to the wide variety of art. Also, school staff will be
oriented about the manifestations of art to change the way they see it and more
important perceive it and enrich the concept of art.

The author ends for this part of research that the conception about visual
arts isn´t well defined. That means that the appreciation about this subject of
research depends on the personal interest of each person. It is probable that in
a few years this conception would change because technolgy can get us closer
to the artist and their art work.

General conclusion

In this part of the research the authors retake her perspective from each part.
She states analyzing the results and balances the advantages and
disadvantages from consequences of the study. Also suggest further
information for new researchers on this subject of study.

To summarize from part one the author thinks that visual arts have changed
and developed, they have been influenced by different academies and artists,
causing art to be more flexible, to let it be without following any rules if it isn´t
required by the artist, to let the artist express what is happening for real at its
surroundings and inside. This overall has a result in the actuality by letting art In
the second part the author shows the most important facts that she thinks that
learning the evolution of visual arts until today. As it can see in the concept map
the evolution and the development of visual arts are related to the branches of
science of Sociology, natural science, psychology, Anthropology, and so on. The
world conception isn´t the best, most places can take art as something you must
take care of or just have it for a status, some others take art as something you do
not notice or you do not care about. In Latin America art has been growing, but it
is still concentrated in handcrafts that aren´t really valued as it should. In Mexico
the art appreciation is concentrated in some people; most of them have a wider
vision about culture and studies. In Puebla some universities and the government
are trying to introduce some artists by showing their artworks on the bus stops
and in the outside of universities. Analyzing the conception about the subject of
study from different perspectives around the world the author thinks that visual
arts aren’t as important as it was before, it has become a everyday thing and no
one really cares about it, but it can get important for our society because it help to
express some things that are actually happening in the world, this being helped
by social media. Finally, in the third part the author winds up that the author to
sum up he thinks that teachers are involved in art, they like and appreciate the
human expression in this way, the help the students to get them closer to art. the
students get information about art on social media, they are interested in
transform society to see art as something valuable and beautiful. Also, school
staff will be oriented about visual arts so as to change its state of mind and enrich
its concept in art disciplines. The author ends for this part of research that the
conception about visual arts isn´t well defined. That means that the appreciation
about this subject of research depends on the personal interest of each person. It
is probable that in a few years this conception would change because technology
can get us closer to the artist and their art work.

According to the objective the author thinks that Retaking the hypothesis the
author bring to an end that Finally, the author of this research thinks that
sharing her findings to others researchers it is important and that to be very
objective because of several information that makes to loose in a sea of
knowledge.
