sufficientdistanceis maintainedbetween the pipe and the trenchbottomat the area
wherethe inspection andthe repairsare to be completed.

6.11 Pipeendsandfittingsendsshallbe leftuncoatedfor a distanceof 125mm of


the bevelededgeof the pipe.

6.12 Traffic within the constructionarea will be coordinatedwith the Site


Supervisionto minimize disruptionof traffic. Flagmenwill be providedas
required when and if traffic interruptiono@urs. Road crossingswill be
coordinatedwith the HSE Department.Pre-testedspoolswill be fabricatedand
coatedearlierto minimizedurationof roadclosure.

6.13 Debriswill be clearedas it accumulates. The workingareaand accessroads


will be maintainedcleanand tidyat all times.

6.14 Before commencinginstallationof piping at road crossingsand other


underground facilitiescrossings,the ContractorshallobtainPermitTo Work prior
to starting.

6.15 The movementof all oversizedequipmentmust be precededby a route


surveyand dedicatedMethodStatementto be developed.

6.16 Beforeinstallationspoolswillbe inspected andsweptcleanby

willbe achievedby movingwithcraneas per approvedriggingstudyor by pulling
