Alshaya Group is a leading intl. franchise operator for over 80 of the world’s most recognized retail brands across MENA, CEE & Russia
Leading a team of 5 project managers & analysts to undertake below cross-functional work streams
• Project managed end-to-end fulfillment setups in EMEA for the first Alshaya websites – H&M,
Mothercare, Victoria’s Secret, MAC, American Eagle and BBW; 2020 est. turnover $200 M
• Led setups of new propositions like next-day, dropship, cross-border, click-n-collect, easy returns etc.
Ecommerce
• Engaged external consultants to create order-to-cash processes for cross-border Ecommerce in EMEA
