I am secured, fully secured, I know that GOD will take care of everything and I don’t
need to worry about anything.
All is well. Everything is well. Everything is as per GOD’s plan of action. I am just an
element of GOD’s plan.

I am grateful for many things, to many, many, people.

already on the purification process.
I don’t care about this materialistic life.
I pray almighty to make my meditation smooth and nice.
Set your intentions and affirmations

I am fully determined, 100% determined. I need God. I want to see God.

For the next 30 minutes I will only focus on my meditation. There is nothing else for me
to do. There is nothing else for me to think about.

Mind please don’t disturb me, I will start concentrating now.

Always train your mind how to find happiness with

focus/concentration

Dear mind, don’t drive me like a monkey. You must stay at one place. I will get
happiness only when there is concentration.

I know meditation is a great blessing, it is a divine process. It is not an ordinary

feet. We must protect the sanctity. It is not equivalent to million dollars. It is
more than a million dollars.

Prayer

Get into Meditation

Focus your attention on breath, forget your body, forget
your external world.
V V Imp:
Natural Breathing, Effortless Breathing
Sit like a rock, perfectly still, no movement
Keep your eyes gently raised (Focus on third eye)

Observe breathing cycle---

source - flow - the gap or the stillness,
deep / shallow
long / short
warm / cool,
smooth/rough,
speed (slow or fast),
touching points,
any vibrations,
even/cyclic, or
any sensations

Accept the distractions but comeback to your focal point.

Be sympathetic to your mind. Accept thoughts, don’t condemn, gently escape from
thoughts and come back to your focus on breathing.

Slowly your thoughts will disappear, body will disappear, you will begin to feel unity
with universal consciousness.
You will lose the perception of time and space, you will have the most beautiful feeling
of peace, love, compassion and one ness.

You can bypass your logical mind and tap into the cosmic energies. You will feel
energized and cleansed. You may get some messages, you may contact your spiritual
guides.

Gentle Transition

Don’t rush, open your eyes slowly and be quiet for some time and apply the
meditative state in your daily life.

Consciously withdraw the energy from the body (Practise hong sou)
