o Typing / scanning / photocopying/printing


o Transmittals (creation and distribution)
o Maintaining good relations with suppliers / subcontractors / couriers and
seeking their efficiency and cost effectiveness
o Regularly monitoring levels of stock and supplies
o Regularly monitoring tidiness of offices / kitchens, etc

• Prepare and submit monthly timesheets summary reports to Finance
