JNU Cashless Campus Portal Instructions

1) The students and staff members of the JNU can login to JNU Cashless Portal using their
existing JNU Internet ID/ Username & Password
2) If you dont have a JNU Internet Username & Password, please contact CIS, Room No-3
SBT Building, JNU.
3) Incase any details are found to be irrelevant after logging into your account or you need
to change any detail, kindly contact CIS, Room No-3 SBT Building, JNU.
4) GST & Service Charge are not applicable for the JNU students & staff members
5) Merely paying the Semester fees amount doesn’t guarantee your entitlement to
Semester registration.
6) Sharing your JNU Cashless Account credentials with anyone could be potentially
problematic, as it could lead to theft or fraud
7) The acceptable modes of payment in JNU Cashless Portal are Debit Card, Credit Card,
NetBanking & UPI
8) On successful payment in the portal, you will be generated a Payment Receipt. Kindly
save the receipt for future correspondences
9) You can access the receipts of all your past payments using the History tab in your
Dashboard.
10) Please be informed to sign/log out of the device you are signed in after using the portal.
11) No more cash payments will be entertained by respective departments and all the
payments shall be done via online mode only using JNU Cashless Campus Portal
12) JNU Cashless Campus Portal can be accessed from within or outside the JNU campus
or from any location without any hindrance
13) It is recommended to kindly input your correct email ID & mobile number while making
any payment as any payment success notifications or receipts will be provided via email
or SMS
14) Do not refresh or close the window whilst the transaction is processing. Incase internet
connection is slow, please wait a little longer.
15) Any undeliverable payment shall not result in the deduction of money from your account.
In the unlikely event of the deduction of money during an undeliverable payment, it is to
be noted that the money debited would be credited to your account automatically
16) Foreign Students will be able to pay via their Indian Bank Account's Debit/Credit
Card/UPI
17) The refund cases would not be processed via JNU Cashless Portal, the applicants would
be required to contact the concerned department along with their fee payment receipt for
the same.
18) The payment will maximum reach the MERCHANT account to which you are making a
payment within two working days.
19) When payments are declined by your bank, JNU Cashless Portal does not hold any
technical error or liability in that case, you need to contact your bank for the same.
20) Incase the payment is deducted from your account but you don't receive successful
payment receipt, kindly write us on the email ID provided at the bottom of the landing
page.
