Stress Management: Scoring and Interpretation

A score of 50 to 60 indicates that you are doing the right things to manage your stress
level. Have an annual medical checkup and keep doing the right things.

If your score is between 36 and 49, you are taking many steps to manage your stress
successfully, but there is more you can do. It may be a challenge to add more into your
day, so rethink your priorities. Ask friends and family to help you.

If your score is 35 or lower, you are pointing yourself in the direction of health problems
and wrecked relationships at work and at home. Run; do not walk, to the next stress
management class you can take. Make an appointment for a physical checkup and talk with
your health care provider about your stress concerns.
