DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF DONATION is executed by LORETA LYNN

CARWANA of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of Sitio Kulo,
Inayawan, Cebu City, hereinafter called the DONOR, in favor to
ANTONIO CARUANA (deceased), the father-in-law of the DONOR and
hereinafter referred to as the DONEE,

Witnesseth:

That the DONOR is a life plan-holder under Life Plan Contract No.
N11204726P with the St. Peter Life Plan, Inc., with the total amount paid of
Thirty-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (Php37,6000.00);

That FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF LOVE AND AFFECTION

the DONOR HEREBY voluntarily GIVES, TRANSFER, and CONVEYS by
way of DONATION UNTO THE DONEE the aforementioned Life Plan
under the St. Peter Life Plan, Inc.;

That on July 23, 2019, the St. Peter Life Plan, Inc., through its official
mortuary has rendered full memorial service to the late ANTONIO
CARUANA;

That the DONOR affirms that this DONATION is not made with
intent to defraud her creditors and that she has sufficient funds and
property reserved for herself and her obligations;

This instrument consists of two (2) pages including the page where
the acknowledgement is written signed by the party and her instrumental
