JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

RE: ONE AND THE SAME PERSON

We, JULIANA MANSUETO and DANILO OPRIA, both of legal ages, Filipino
citizens, and residents of Kodia, Madridejos, Cebu, Philippines, after having been duly
sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That we personally know MARINA DUCAY SANTILLA, who is our

personal acquaintance and longtime neighbor at Kodia, Madridejos, Cebu, Philippines;

2. That said MARINA DUCAY SANTILLA was born on September 02, 1964
in Madridejos, Cebu and the fact of registration of her birth at the proper Local Civil
Registrar;

3. That we know for a fact that the person by the name of “MARINA DUCAY
SANTILLA” as appearing in her SSS Unified Multi-Purpose ID, BIR and other
government IDs and the name “LORINA DUCAY SANTILLA” as appearing in her
Marriage Certificate and on the Birth Certificate of CARLO D. SANTILLAN, and the name
“MARINA D. DUCAY” as appearing in her Certificate of Birth and Baptismal Certificate
refers to one and same person and that her true and correct name is MARINA DUCAY
SANTILLA;

4. We are not in any way related to any of the foregoing person within the
fourth civil degree either by consanguinity or affinity, nor do we have any pecuniary
interest in this matter whatsoever;

5. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing

statements and to establish the real status and identity of MARINA DUCAY SANTILLA,
to support her claim to process and receive the Birth Certificate of her child CARLO D.
SANTILLAN before the Philippine Statistics Authority, and for all legal intents and
purposes it may serve.
