Product: OrderPro Application Client : Verizon Business

OrderPro - Web based enterprise ordering tool that has business footprint across
United States, EMEA and Asia-Pac Region. OrderPro supports 8,000 real time users,
manages 2000 customers, hosts 200+ Products & Services for Ordering, processes
600 orders per day with work flow automation to multiple provisioning systems.
OrderPro has the messaging component called ‘TransPro’ that connects 20+
downstream systems COMS, F&E, IRIS, EVAL, SPIM, NetPro, ESP, CAMEO, ACELA,
PROVE, LRDS etc and sends data via feeds to other systems. The application has a
fully redundant standby environment offsite for disaster recovery purposes and
24X7 production level supports.

Title : 52979.AA Support for CPE vendor licensing program

Client : Verizon
Environment : Java, Servlets, JSP, Java Script, Tomcat, Html, PL SQL
Role : Tester
Description : This project will address systems requirements needed to support
the various operations teams that will support managed services customers. The
use of licensing is a major deviation from past CPE implementations from device
manufacturers such as Cisco and Juniper, and is a key component of new devices to
be launched in late 2009 from both Cisco and Juniper. Feature, subscription, and
user count licenses are part of these next generation devices, and must be
supported in order for managed services to be sold that include these CPE options.

Responsibilities:

 Writing test cases for functional testing

 Functional Requirement document review and analysis with product
development team
 Integration and regression testing of the application.

 Actively involve with the developers to clarify and resolve issues

Title : Auto-Populate Data from Contract / Customer Data Component

Description : This Project is the simplification of the UI of the ordering portal.
The UI was developed in the PL SQL which has been converted to JAVA/JSP for
simplification. That will reduce the order entry time of an order by condensing some
of the screens in the order flow into a cleaner ordering process

vBNS+ customers.
