EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The study aims to measure the profitability and the viability of running a

Zucizza which commonly a pizza to us, in two varieties; Maiale Zucizza (Pork) and

Pollo Zucizza (Chicken) in Barangay Buting, Pasig City. The company plans to build

a strong marketable position and aims to gain profit while satisfying every customer

with high-value products and services in an affordable price.

The E Deliciozo Company interviewed 990 students of Buting Senior High

School as respondent to determine the demand and supply of pizza. With the result,

the company got a 41.07 available market share based on the direct and indirect

competitors of the business. The marketing part of the study also includes the

marketing strategy, marketing mix and contingency plan of the business.

The technical aspect of the study composed of purchasing, production, walk-in

order, phone in order and delivery process and schedule for Zucizza. Indicated also

are the equipment, furniture and fixtures, tools and supplies and other cost of the

business.

The management aspect of the study indicates the pre-operating and operating

activities and budget/cost of the business indicated also are the organizational

structure, job analysis, future plan and its budget/cost, manpower schedule and the

company policies.

The financial aspect of the study indicates the financial assumption,

capitalization or source of fund, project cost, financial statements, profitability ratio


analysis, projected sales and schedule of cost for five (5) years operation of the

business.

The socio-economic aspect of the study indicates the social, economic and

environmental implication and contribution of the business to the society.

EXPECTED COST AND BENEFITS

The initial capital of E Deliciozo Company will be Forty Thousand Pesos (P

45,000.00) and the allocated amount for the project cost, purchasing of equipment,

furniture and fixtures, tools and other materials needed for the business is. The

budget for the purchase of raw materials for the first production of Zucizza is Seven

Hundred Fifty Pesos (p 750.00). With the business. the proponents aim to gain profit

while satisfying every customer with high-value products and services in an

affordable price.

SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS

The study is solely focus on the feasibility and viability of Maiale Zucizza and

Pollo Zucizza in Barangay Buting, Pasig City. The target market of the company are

Buting Senior High School’s students, staffs, and faculty members, passengers in the

nearest terminal and people who intentionally visit the store. Households of

Barangay Buting and those who live near the barangay.
