LEARNING OUTLINES:
1. Teacher recalls the rules and the reward system of the lesson.
Pre Lesson 2. Teacher reads the story while pupils listen carefully.
1. Teacher Introduces the sounds to the pupils by showing phonemes cards.
2. Teacher articulates the phonemes and do the actions.
3. Pupils listen and follow.
4. Draw pupils’ attention to the words in the story with the phonemes (ay) (ou) (ie)
(ea).

5. Teacher displays flash cards on the board and guides pupils to say the words aloud.
Development 6. Pupils repeat and blend the phonemes into words.
7. Teacher organises pupils into groups and distributes a phonics pencil spinner to
each group.
8. Pupils take turns to spin the spinner and articulate the phonemes.
9. Then, pupils blend the phonemes as a group.

4) Teacher plays the song of track 3 while pupils listen.
