GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, KEANU RIBS, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of #2 Matrix St.,
Brgy. Balibago, Angeles City, do hereby appoint, name and constitute BRAD
FEET, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of #1 Smith St., Brgy. Cutcut,
Angeles City, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, to manage and conduct all
my affairs, and for that purpose in my name and on my behalf to do and executed all
or any of the following acts, deeds and things, to wit:

(a) To ask, demand, collect any and all sums of money, sue to recover
debts, dues, accounts, dividends, legacies, bequests, interests , and
other things of value of whatever nature or kind as may now be or
may hereafter become due owing, payable or belonging to me, and
to have, sue, and to take any all lawful ways and means for the
recovery thereof by suit, attachment, compromise or otherwise;

(b) To make, sign, execute, and deliver contracts, agreements,

documents and other writings of whatever nature or kind, with any
and all third persons, entities or concerns, upon terms and conditions
acceptable to my said Attorney-in-Fact;

HEREBY GRANTING AND GIVING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full

power and authority to do and perform any and all other acts and things necessary
or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as
I might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done in
my behalf by virtue of these presents;
