poor and innocent people IRDA Delisted 4261 corporate agent
on dated 08.06.2010. In which Prayag Infotech Network
Pvt.Ltd one of them.Hari Narayan is Chairman of IRDA from
12.06.2008. Prayag Infotech Network Pvt.Ltd. Showing IRDA
licence of Dated 04.02.2008. In which document the Chairman
of IRDA C.S.RAO. But C.S.RAO. Former Chairman of IRDA.
This Indicate that the certificate of prayag
infotec Network Pvt.Ltd. in false from IRDA.Many Banner of
Prayag Group is found in market. The logo of LIC and name
used in the banner of Prayag group.Which is not right Prayag
group show to people prayag Infotec Hi-rise Ltd. Prayag
Infotech Network Pvt.Ltd, Prayag Bio-tech Pvt.Ltd, Prayag
Organics Pvt.Ltd,Prayag Fisheries(india) Pvt.Ltd,Prayag film
& televson Industies private limited, Prayag Eco-resorts
Pvt.Ltd, Prayag Cement Pvt.Ltd, Prayag Hotels, Prayag Social
welfare trust, prayag press & electronic media, prayag
diognestic & research Center but according to MCA only four
companies registered which is named prayag Infotech Hi-Ris
Ltd. Prayag Infotech Network Pvt.ltd prayag Bio-Tech
pvt.ltd.and Prayag film & Televison Industries Private Limited.
Above four companies mentioned here
and not pay any income tax and not deposited balance sheet in
MCA.
Director of this company Basudev
Bagchi and Anil Bagchi and Head Office of the company. P-
45,Bhupen Roy Road,Kolkata, West Bangal, which is
Registered in Ministry of corporation.
Prayag Hi-Rise Ltd authorised capital
500,00,000.00(fifty crors) and paid up capital in 500000(five
lac) which stated in report of MCA dated 24.08.2010.Company
collects money fro market through Real estate and Redembable
Prefrence share. But according to Sebi Prayag Infotech Hi-Rise
Ltd. can not received any income tax from 01.04.2010.
Acoording to income tax department we have to pay income
tax quartely. But Prayag group is not paid income tax yet.
Prayag group is establited on dated
05.03.2002.Prayag group recevied money from their worker
through T.D.S. from 05.03.2007
But worker of Prayag group did not receive
T.D.S. certificate till 2009.
We received an e-mail from RBI through
P.K.Jhunjhunwala. That the capioned companies and not
registered with the Bank as Non Banking and so not authorised
to accept deposit from public.
