On Wednesday, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) post-

“Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” to allow more time to come to an agreement on
procedural issues.
Jim Manley, a Reid spokesperson, said the vote on moving forward

Chloe Alexander Moore, 25, was charged with simple assault following a 2 a.m. incident on Dec.
1 along the 1500 block of K St., N.W. According to court records, Officer Raphael Radon alleges that
Moore squirted him with pepper spray in an unprovoked action following a brief exchange of words.
But two police sources said a sergeant and detective who responded to the scene determined
through interviews with witnesses that Officer Radon initiated the altercation and may have committed
a bias-related assault against Moore.
The police sources, who spoke on condition that they were not identified, said a night supervisor
apprised of the incident by phone while at her office at the First District D.C. Police station overrode
the recommendations of the sergeant and detective and ordered that Moore be charged with simple
filmagenda assault.
Officer Radon was not charged in the incident.

INDICATIONS
ISENTRESS is an anti-HIV medicine used for the treatment of HIV. ISENTRESS must be used with other
anti-HIV medicines, which may increase the likelihood of response to treatment.
The safety and effectiveness of ISENTRESS in children has not been studied.
It is important that you remain under your doctor’s care.
ISENTRESS will NOT cure HIV infection or reduce your chance of passing HIV to others through sexual
contact, sharing needles, or being exposed to your blood.

IMPORTANT RISK INFORMATION

A condition called Immune Reconstitution Syndrome can happen in some patients with advanced HIV
infection (AIDS) when anti-HIV treatment is started. Signs and symptoms of inflammation from opportunistic
infections may occur as the medicines work to treat the HIV infection and strengthen the immune system.
Call your doctor right away if you notice any signs or symptoms of an infection after starting ISENTRESS.
Contact your doctor immediately if you experience unexplained muscle pain, tenderness, or weakness while
taking ISENTRESS. This is because on rare occasions muscle problems can be serious and can lead to
kidney damage.
When ISENTRESS has been given with other anti-HIV drugs, side effects included nausea, headache,
tiredness, weakness, trouble sleeping, stomach pain, dizziness, depression, and suicidal thoughts and actions.
Rash occurred more often in patients taking ISENTRESS and darunavir together than with either drug separately,
but was generally mild.

gay, according to an Associated Press report.
Mike Curb is a prominent Nashville music executive and former Belmont trustee

Belmont officials deny that former women’s soccer coach Lisa Howe was forced
to resign, but several team members and Curb said she was, the AP said.
Curb told the Tennessean newspaper that “Belmont has to decide whether they

Howe didn’t say in a statement if she felt forced out, but she hopes gay issues
at the school will now be openly discussed, the AP reported.

Calif. judge rejects move to bar DA in gay hate case

VENTURA, Calif. — A California judge has denied a defense motion to recuse
the district attorney’s office from prosecuting a Ventura County teenager charged
with murdering a gay classmate, according to a report from the San Jose Mercury
News that was picked up by the Associated Press.
Defense attorneys for 16-year-old Brandon McInerney based their motion on a
conversation police secretly recorded a few months ago between a detective and
defense attorneys.
McInerney’s lawyers say police can’t secretly record conversations during in-
vestigations, the Mercury News reported.
The judge said the district attorney didn’t do anything wrong and he would rule
on the detective’s involvement later.

his love openly, while Miguel insists on secrecy for fear of
jeopardizing his domestic bliss. As the story takes an other-
worldly turn, rumors force Mariela to question her husband’s

refute Santiago’s angry claim that “There are thousands of

‘big brother’
star bares all
Former reality show competitor turned
porn god at Secrets tonight
By DAVID J. HOFFMAN

It’s no secret at all. Steven Daigle — the gay rodeo star whose burst of
fame came on the reality-TV show “Big Brother” in 2008 — is today one of
the hottest stars in the gay male adult film industry.
A top star for king-of-gay-porn Chi Chi LaRue, Steven is also winner of the
GayVN award for “the most rented title” of 2010, “Steven Daigle XXXposed.”
He makes his Washington premiere appearance live and nude tonight
at Secrets, “so his many fans can see him, not just on video, but this time
up close and very personal — it’s a real coup for Secrets,” says the club’s
promoter Jon Royce.
“Without sounding cocky,” Daigle says, “the success of that first video,
‘Steven Daigle XXXposed,’ was because of me, because I brought a main-
stream name to the film, because of being on ‘Big Brother.’”
There are other signs of his popularity too. Topco Sales even sells a dildo
molded from his unit.
“He came into the molding session with a great attitude and ready to do
