3:00 pm- Meeting Begins
● The meeting opened with the follow up of the plan of action we decided in the last
meeting. Tanya put forwarded the points we agreed to work on. And in continuation of
the existing plan, we started to discuss new plan of action.

● So as discussed in our last meeting, we had already started to move in the direction of
making strong presence of Vigyan Foundation’s on social media platforms. The
members actively working on it were
1. Vivek and Abhishek: Instagram
2. Aditi and Tanya: Facebook
3. Vaibhav and Avantika: YouTube

3:15 pm-Progress of Plan Discussed

● Further we discussed the progress of our plan to connect to the schools and colleges.
All members came up with potential schools and colleges, where we can promote
Vigyan Foundation.
The few we all agreed upon were:
1. Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan
2. Lucknow public school
3. Modern school

3:38 pm -Contribution so far discussed

Moving further, the team discussed the contribution of the each member in the project so far:
1. Vivek and Abhishek: Social Media Campaign
2. Tanya and Aditi: Awareness Campaign
3. Vaibhav and Avantika: implementation of strategies and reports progress

● All the members are contributing in accordance with the task given to them. And
the progress is clearly visible. The members are cross functional and are working
in sync

3:45 pm- Key Learnings, discussed

● Towards the end team discussed the learnings team members are gaining from the
project :-
● We gained deep understanding about the development initiatives such as food,
water, shelter, healthcare, education, security etc.
● We understood what all factors goes into running the NGO.

● We got aware of the initiatives Vigyan Foundation makes:

1. freedom to make people aware about govt. offerings.

2. Form groups of people (labors and housekeeping).
3. To provide shelter to labors coming from villages.
4. "Help labor in search for work.
5. "Help Children in getting proper education.

Closing Remarks: Work on the awareness campaign and continuously update the
strategies .
