leading in manufacturing and marketing of stainless steel sheets, TMT bars, SMS & sponge
Iron. This is a steel plant of “RUCHI GROUP’S”, has installed Captive power plant 2x30 MW
With 2x90 TPH PFBC Boilers (BABCOCK & WILCOCKS JAPAN makes) and having 10+10 WHRB
Boilers(CVPL make) , Extraction cum condensing turbine, DCS (MATSO) and DM Plant.

Designation- From 07th July 2007 to till date: As a project engineer &.desk Engineer.

Job Responsibility-
 I am working 2X30 MW coal based Captive Power Plant Project.(Erection,
Commissioning & Operation). It consist of 2x30 MW With 2x90 TPH PFBC Boilers
(BABCOCK & WILCOCKS JAPAN) makes and having 10+10 WHRB Boilers (CVPL Make).
Extraction cum condensing turbine, DCS (MATSO), DM Plant, Water cooled Condenser,
ESP & ACHE.
 Installation, Calibration & maintenance of Field Instruments like Pressure,
Temperature, Level & Flow Transmitters, Pressure & Temperature Gauges,
Thermocouple and RTD, Control Valves & Motorized Operated Valve(MOV) Control
Valves, Power Cylinder etc.
 I have good knowledge about Distributed Control System (DCS version 4.3.1 Max
DNA )
Administration information tool, Graphic builder, Point builder,Log in procedure,
Security procedure, Back up procedure.
 I have good knowledge about Distributed Control System Panels (Installation and
its Single line diagram reading and its Implantation, Knowledge about all AI, AO, DI &
DO, Modules and its Control & Instrument wiring from field & MCC panels.).
 Knowledge in LT and HT Panels (Installation and its Single line diagram reading
and its implantation).
 I have knowledge about Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) & Variable
frequency drives.
 I can deal with all instrumentation, Electrical and Mechanical Erection of the project.
 I can deal with Indent & Issue of material to contractor as per BOM in drawing
with proper co-ordination and communication which is must in project.

Major Project : “Prepaid Energy Meter”
• Description - A microcontroller based system is designed which carry the data of the
user’s account of recharging the account; it only allows the meter to supply the power
when there is sufficient balance in the account. For recharging the account a keypad is
connected to the microcontroller which helps in recharging the account
