Dear casting participant,

on 25 May 2018, the new EU General Data Protection Regulation entered

into force. It should ensure increased security in handling personal data
throughout Europe. Personal data is data that allows everyone to be
clearly identified as a person. These include e.g. the name or the e-mail
address.

The sensitive and responsible handling of your / your data is of course

important to us - the EU now regulates this more uniformly in the
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and we welcome that.
If you would like to be contacted by us in order to be informed about the
current project or to be booked as a performer for this shoot, we need to
do so according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) Your / your formal
approval.
We will use the contact data as well as photos and film recordings
exclusively for the internal work processes of the casting and will never
make them available to third parties who are not involved.
Likewise, we will do everything we can to protect your / your data
against misuse.
