Details:- AUTOMATION OF TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The project is on ASP.NET.It is well indicated by the name itself that the project is regarding the
management of a transport company. The main objectives of the project are:-
1. To have a proper database of company’s drivers, vehicles, agents etc.
2.To have easy access to the database.
3.To provide the transparent booking system.
4.To have systematic tax calculation and effective annual records.

For these purposes I have developed a database which includes user login and administrator
login. To have the overview of database user login is used but admin login is possible only by
authenticated person only for security purpose .The admin login has user id and password. In
user login only overview is possible but in admin we can view as well as modify details in
database.
Various forms are included in this like drivers, agents vehicles etc.It also includes fare calculation
which is acc. to the distance. Various alerts are also present like tax alert and license alert which
are shown on home page before due date.
