This has reference to the verbal instruction of the District Collector, this Port to
replace the office table and chairs at Postal Office, Divisoria used by Customs Officers
assigned thereat.

The features of these at present are:

1. Outdated or Outmoded,
2. Dilapidated, and
3. Unserviceable

In view of the above, the undersigned respectfully request for an immediate

issuance of one (1) table, one (1) chair and two (2) visitor chairs to improve the conditions
and quality of service to the transacting Public.

Also, a Memorandum Receipt be issued to the Requestee for purposes of

accountability.

2017, on board Sta. Loukia V. 1705, coming from India.
