DATA ANALYSIS

4.0 Introduction

This section reviews the results of the guided study. What's more, the information investigation
and the results presented depend on the objectives that have been described in the main part of
this study. This information survey was conducted using the Statistical Package for Social
Science (SPSS) version of 20. Several areas in this section begin with the sample characteristics
in section 4.1. Section 4.2 is the background of the respondent. Descriptive statistics of the
variables are carried out in section 4.3 and then the hypothesis described in chapter 2 are tested.
The last section of this chapter is an overview or summary of the results of the analysis
supported by the hypothesis.

4.1 Sample Characteristic

A total of 100 questionnaires were distributed to employees at the workplace. The stated
sample includes employees of the marketing department, sales department, and various
department in an organization. The selected employees are work in Penang, Malaysia.
Questionnaires were distributed to several organizations at a time. A total of 100 questionnaires
were distributed and 100 were returned. As a result, only 100 completed questionnaires were
used for this study to represent Malaysian employees.

4.2 Background of the Respondents.

The frequency distribution of classification variables was obtained by descriptive


statistical analysis of these information. This demographic data includes the age, gender, race,
marital status, highest level of education and monthly income of the respondents. Table 4.2.1.
