I have the honor to seek permission from your good office to conduct a three-day Schhol-
Based In-service Training for my co-teachers to be held at Taliba elementary School, Taliba, San Luis,
Batangas.

The said activity aims to:

 attend school based in-service trainings in areas where teachers need technical
assistance and reinforcements
 Provide subject matters/ topics that can be of great help to teachers in teaching and
managing their pupils giving consideration to their individual differences
 Use all the knowledge and skills learned especially in ICT in classroom activities
everyday

II. Rationale
The present education system seek to provide quality education for all students,
taking account of their age, background, ability and interests. Schools help students to
become self directed and life long learners who can create a positive future for themselves
and for the wider community. For this to occur, schools need to be places where every
students can learn and grow with confidence. Student develop best in schools where
teaching and learning occur in a context of students welfare. Schools need to be safe and
happy places for students and their teachers. Students welfare is enhanced when all
members of the school community participate in the learning programs and life of the
school.
III. Objectives:
 Attend school based in-service trainings in areas where teachers need technical
assistance and reinforcements
 Provide subject matters/topics that can be of great help to teachers in teaching and
managing their pupils giving consideration to their individual differences
 Use a all the knowledge and skills learned specially in ICT in classroom activities
everyday
IV. Methodology
There will be presentation discussion and workshop of every topic.
V. Closing Activity and Evaluation
Certificates of participation will be awarded to successful participants and
evaluation of outputs.
