Understanding the meaning in transactional conversation in very simple way to
interact with the surrounding environment.

Expressing meaning in transactional and interpersonal conversations in very simple to
interact with the surrounding environment.
II. Basic Competence
1.2 Responding to meaning in transactional conversations that use a variety of spoken
languages in very simple, accurate, fluent and acceptable way to interact with the
surrounding environment that involves the act of speech: asking for and giving
information.
3.2 Interacting with the surrounding environment that involves speech acts: asking for and
giving information.

 Students are able to respond the act of speech in asking information .

Asking and Giving Information
Definition : We use this expression (asking information) when we want to ask about
information to other people. Our interlocutor can respond by using the
appropriate giving information expression.

V. Method of Learning
Method : Community Language Learning
Leaning model : Group work and work in pair.
VI. Activities Plan
1. Opening Activities (5 minutes)
A. Greeting : - Salam
- Doa
- Asking students condition and ask who is absent.
- Preparing the students to start studying.
- Asking students to guess about today’s topic and relating it to students
experience
2. Main Activities (16 Minutes)
A. Teacher explains about the material
B. Teacher asks students whether the students understand the material or not.
C. Teacher asks the students to sit in front of the class and create a group consists of
six students.
D. Teacher acts as counselor and assist the students in group work activities.
E. Teacher spreads the worksheets for the students
F. Teacher asks students to practice and work in pair in answering the worksheets.
G. Teacher asks two students to present the answer.
3. Closing Activities (4 Minutes)
A. Teacher draws conclusion about today’s lesson.
B. Teacher gives homework to students.
C. Teacher give short motivation.
D. Teacher close the lesson with salam.
