ORACLE APPLICATIONS CONSULTANT – PURCHASING & INVENTORY

Will be a source of key functional (business) expertise for application and database design and
implementation in the area of PURCHASING & INVENTORY. Will be responsible for defining business
processes in line with the client's requirements and preparing concept for implementing solutions
comprising Oracle products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
l Represent Oracle professionally to clients,
partners and other third parties
l Providing solid knowledge of business
concepts and practices in the area of
PURCHASING & INVENTORY
l Working with account team on client
demonstrations as required
l Translating customer requirements into
deliverable products and services
l Designing and building modules in line with
designated clients’ specifications
l Implementing Oracle products and services in
line with an agreed proposal, focusing mainly
on ERP software
l Developing test plans, procedures and
running the tests accordingly
l Following the Project Plan; providing reports
as required
l Escalating client issues to the relevant
contact in Oracle Corporation
l Ensuring that new solutions are appropriately
captured and put in the Oracle corporate
repository
l Representing the specialist practice area at
internal and external events
l Act as a subject-matter expert in the specialist
area (PURCHASING & INVENTORY) and
solution area (Oracle Applications)
l Proactively maintain knowledge of Oracle's
current and future products/solutions offerings
for the specialist practice
QUALIFICATIONS:
l University degree in Economics,
Civil/Mechanical engineering, Logistics, IT or
similar
l Native Serbian speaker & Advanced/Fluent
knowledge of English
l Strong knowledge of PURCHASING &
INVENTORY business processes is a must
l Min. 2+ years of relevant working experience
- ideally as a Consultant for PURCHASING &
INVENTORY applications/modules
l Experience with implementation /or/
advanced usage of ERP software
l Knowledge of Oracle Applications is an
advantage
l Knowledge of SQL*Plus and PL/SQL will be
considered an asset
l Strong business and Customer Focus

l Willingness to travel
